COPD

Elegibility:

  • Adults with COPD who continue to have symptoms or flare-ups despite standard treatment

  • Evidence of elevated blood eosinophils

  • Currently taking stable COPD maintenance therapy (inhaled medications)

  • Able to receive subcutaneous injections and attend regular study visits

  • Willing to follow study procedures and provide informed consent

Descriptions:
This study is enrolling adults with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who continue to experience symptoms or flare-ups despite standard treatment and have evidence of Type 2 inflammation. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational injectable medication compared with placebo when given in addition to usual COPD care. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive study treatment, with regular clinic and remote visits to monitor symptoms, lung function, and overall health.
