Myasthenia Gravis

Elegibility:

  • Are 18 years of age or older

  • Have a diagnosis of generalized myasthenia gravis

  • Have ongoing symptoms, such as muscle weakness that affects daily activities

  • Are on stable treatment for myasthenia gravis or have had an inadequate response to prior therapies

Descriptions:
This clinical research study is evaluating investigational treatments for adults with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG), a chronic autoimmune condition that causes muscle weakness and fatigue. The goal of the study is to determine whether the study treatments can help improve daily functioning and symptoms related to gMG, while also evaluating their safety. Participants may receive one of the study treatments or a placebo (inactive treatment) during part of the study. All participants will be closely monitored by the study team and may continue certain standard treatments for myasthenia gravis as allowed. Participation is voluntary, and individuals may leave the study at any time.
